AdSenseReady
About

A small team building one focused tool

AdSenseReady exists because AdSense approval is hard, opaque, and high-stakes for indie site owners.

Why we exist

AdSense approval should not depend on who you know

We started AdSenseReady in 2025 because every indie site owner we knew had the same story: they built a great site, applied for AdSense, and got rejected for reasons nobody could explain. The rejection email was three lines. The Google policy that triggered the rejection was forty pages. The gap between those two is what we work in.

About

How we work

Three commitments that drive every product decision.

Deterministic first

Our 41 checks are versioned, reproducible, and explainable. If a check fails, you can see exactly which line of which policy triggered it. No black-box scoring.

Independent of Google

We are not affiliated with Google, we do not work for them, and we are not endorsed by them. We audit your site the same way a human reviewer would — only faster.

What you see is what they see

We crawl your site the same way Googlebot does — same headers, same renderer, same delays. If we cannot see a page, Google will not be able to see it either.

About

The 5 people behind the audits

No VCs, no growth team, no marketing department. Just the engineers, the prompt-writer, and the designer who run this thing.

Meet the team

The people building the deterministic AdSense audit engine that powers every report you generate.

  • Scott Mitchell — Product & Growth Lead
    Scott Mitchell
    Product & Growth Lead

Owns the funnel. Decides which AdSense-policy gaps are worth shipping a fix for, and which ones we leave for the user to fix themselves.

  • Lois Chen — Content & Linguistics

    Content & Linguistics

Translates Google AdSense policy documents into the plain-language guidance you see on every report — and into 7 languages without losing nuance.

  • Pixie Wong — Visual Design

Owns the visual system — every report card, every chart, every pixel of the dashboard flows through her review.

  • Ricky Tan — Co-founder · Engineering (CTO)

Builds the deterministic audit engine that catches AdSense-policy issues before users submit — the layer underneath AI Coach.

  • Maxwell Liang — Site Strategist

    Site Strategist

Behind-the-scenes strategy lead. Sets the long-term thesis on what kind of publisher we are best at serving, and reviews the high-stakes decision memos.

Built on years of public references

We did not invent AdSense's review criteria. What we did was spend a long time collecting and organising the public references: AdSense Program Policies, Google Search Central documentation, the Search Quality Rater Guidelines, official YouTube help videos, and — perhaps most importantly — the countless community posts and forum threads where site owners describe what actually happened during their own reviews. We distilled those into a single scoring system with 41 deterministic checks and a 5-stage LLM review. We cannot promise anyone approval, and we won't pretend to. What we can do is give you a much better shot at it than flying blind.
