Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your data.
Last updated: January 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Operator of AdSenseReady collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Service. We try to keep this plain and concrete; if anything is unclear, email [email protected].
1. What data we collect
Account data: email address and display name from your chosen sign-in provider (Google or GitHub OAuth). Audit data: the URLs you submit, the resulting audit report, the date the audit ran, and your account identifier. Usage data: anonymous aggregate counts of feature usage (no per-user tracking). We do not collect your IP address beyond the temporary rate-limit checks described below.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- provide the Service to you (run the audit you requested, store the report so you can view it later)
- send you transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
- maintain security (rate-limit abuse). We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Sign-in providers
We use Google and GitHub as OAuth identity providers. When you sign in, the provider returns a verified email and a public profile identifier; we never see or store your password. The provider's privacy policy applies to the data they hold; please review Google and GitHub privacy policies separately.
4. URL and crawl data
When you submit a URL, we crawl the page using a server-side HTTP client and run our 41 deterministic checks against the response. The crawl is performed by Cloudflare Workers; the result is stored in D1 (Cloudflare's SQLite database) bound to your account. We do not crawl pages beyond the URL you submit; we do not follow every link on the page.
5. Storage and retention
Audit reports are retained while your account is active. You may delete any audit at any time from the dashboard; deletion is immediate and irreversible. Account data is retained for 30 days after account deletion, then permanently erased from active systems. Backups may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten.
7. AI Coach and third-party LLMs
The optional AI Coach report uses a third-party large language model (currently GPT-4o via OpenAI). When you request an AI Coach report, the URL and the deterministic-check summary are sent to the LLM provider to generate the narrative. The LLM provider processes the request under their terms; we have configured zero-retention where the provider supports it. You may disable AI Coach in your settings; the deterministic audit works without it.
9. Your rights
You may at any time:
- access a copy of your data (email [email protected])
- correct inaccurate data (edit it in dashboard settings, or email us)
- delete your data (delete individual audits, or close your account entirely)
- export your data as JSON (use the dashboard export). EU/UK residents have the additional rights under GDPR (data portability, restriction of processing, objection). California residents have the rights under CCPA/CPRA.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
