Terms of Service

1. Who operates this Service

The Service is operated by an individual (the "Operator"), the sole owner of the adsenseready.io domain and the holder of the associated Creem merchant account used to bill paid plans. The Service is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. AdSense® is a trademark of Google LLC.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Starter and Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains available until then. Within 7 days of purchase, eligible subscription refunds are calculated by the unused days in the current billing period. One-Time Fix is a one-time purchase valid for 3 months; within 7 days of purchase, an eligible refund is calculated by the unused audit count. Refunds are processed through Creem and normally appear within 5–10 business days. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. We may change plan prices with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes during their current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, audit logic, and the 41 deterministic checks, is the intellectual property of the Operator. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (URLs to audit, account metadata). You grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. No guarantee of AdSense approval

The Service provides compliance audits and recommendations based on public AdSense program policies. The Service does not guarantee that your site will be approved by AdSense. AdSense review decisions are made solely by Google, and the Operator has no influence over those decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Operator's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid the Operator in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
