Everything you need to know before upgrading or buying the 100-Audit Pack.
What counts as one audit?
One audit = one full run of 41 checks against a single URL. A new audit always runs the full check suite, including all pages we discover via your sitemap and internal links (up to 5 pages on the Free plan, 50 on Starter, 500 on Pro).
How does the One-Time Fix pass work?
Pay $19 once. The 100-Audit Pack is valid for a 3-month window — you get 100 audits (up to 100 pages each) within that window, and you can fix → re-audit → resubmit as needed. The pass expires automatically — no recurring subscription, no card on file afterwards.
What does the monitored-site limit mean?
A monitored site is one registered root domain. Different paths or www variants of the same domain count as one site, and each plan limits how many root domains you can use.
What happens when I exceed my plan limit?
On Free and Starter, audits pause for the rest of the billing cycle. Pro is 200 audits / month — generous. You can upgrade to the next tier any time. We never auto-charge overages. If you just need a one-off burst, the 100-Audit Pack is cheaper than upgrading for a month.
Does Pro include API access or priority support?
No. Pro includes higher audit, page, and monitored-site limits and AI checks. API access and dedicated priority support are not included in current plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then downgrades to Free. No questions asked. The 100-Audit Pack expires on its own at the end of its 3 months window and never auto-renews.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Within 7 days of purchase, eligible subscription refunds are calculated by the unused days in the current billing period. One-Time Fix refunds are calculated by unused audits. Email [email protected].
